Full Job Description Pay Range:

$22-25/hr Immediate opening for FT Maintenance Technician with minimum 2 years' experience who will be responsible for maintaining multifamily complex. Compensation based on experience. The Maintenance Technician performs all the following, including tasks assigned by management: minor or routine maintenance or repair rehab turnovers electrical and plumbing HVAC systems appliances minor carpentry painting flooring move heavy appliances/equipment snow removal after hour on call rotating

Required:

2 years' experience as Maintenance Technician or similar skill set EPA Universal Certification Valid Driver's License Pass Criminal Background Reliable Transportation Scheduled hours are 8am to 5pm., MF. Some overtime and after hour emergency reporting is required.
