Company-provided van (clean driving record required) Purpose The Regional Facilities Manager plays a vital, customer-facing role in ensuring Best Wash laundromats across the Greater St. Louis area to consistently deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming experience that reflects Best Wash's brand values and hospitality standards. This is a hands-on, technician-focused role responsible for building maintenance, laundromat equipment repairs, and overall store readiness. While this position does not manage people, it has a direct and meaningful impact on the customer experience and works closely with the Regional Manager to uphold company standards. Take ownership of store conditions and equipment reliability Comfortable engaging customers and representing the brand professionally Don't hesitate to roll up their sleeves to fix a problem if it improves the customer experience Understand that clean, safe, and functional stores build trust and repeat business Want a stable role with autonomy, training, and clear expectations Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Store Readiness Serve as a professional, courteous presence in customer-facing environments Ensure stores are clean, safe, functional, and welcoming Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers Maintenance & Equipment Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across multiple laundromat locations Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial washers, dryers, vending machines, and related equipment Receive paid, hands-on training on laundromat equipment and systems Perform general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, doors, lighting, minor carpentry, etc.) Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements Coordinate with approved vendors when specialized repairs are required Communication & Accountability Maintain clear documentation of maintenance activities Communicate issues, progress, and solutions to leadership Work closely with the Regional Manager to support overall store performance What This Role Is Not This position does not manage employees This is not an office-based role This role focuses on execution, not people leadership Requirements High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of hands-on maintenance, technician, mechanical, or facilities experience Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-service mindset with professional communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass company vehicle eligibility requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work Basic computer and documentation skills Compensation & Benefits $25-$35 (Based on skill & experience) Extremely competitive benefits package , including: 99% employer-paid employee health insurance 401(k) with a 200% employer match 10 days of paid vacation Company-provided van (no personal vehicle wear and tear) Paid, hands-on training for commercial laundromat equipment High-autonomy role with trust and independence Total compensation value significantly exceeds base salary.
