Siding Express is looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer for residential replacement projects throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor position for an experienced professional who can complete quality installations with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Remove and replace full-frame and insert residential windows Remove and replace entry, patio, and exterior doors Install all windows and doors according to manufacturer's specifications Properly level, square, insulate, seal, and caulk windows and doors Complete interior and exterior finish carpentry and trim work Perform patching, prep, painting, and touch-ups as needed Adjust doors and hardware for proper fit and operation Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean job site Requirements Professional window and door installation experience required Experience with full-frame and insert window replacement Strong finish carpentry skills Painting, caulking, patching, and touch-up experience Must carry current General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance and provide proof of coverage Own appropriate tools and dependable transportation Professional appearance and good customer communication Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Compensation:

Competitive 1099 contractor pay based on experience and scope of work.
