Schedule Weekdays:

9 AM - 6 PM Part time weekday hours also available Core Skills General home repairs Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical Drywall patching, painting, light flooring Decking, siding, soffit, and small roof repairs Furniture assembly and other common handyman tasks Responsibilities and Expectations Maintain a valid driver's license and insured vehicle Own a basic tool set Own a smartphone for photos, notes, and gps navigation Paid gas mileage Pick up materials when needed Follow procedures for approvals, receipts, and job notes Strong communication and time‑management (most jobs should be completed same-day) This role is best suited for versatile professionals who enjoy multi‑scope work orders, adapt well to unexpected challenges, and take ownership of completing tasks correctly the first time. It is not a match for individuals who work only within a single trade, prefer narrowly defined tasks, avoid problem‑solving, or are unwilling to manage driving and material runs as part of the job.
