We need a reliable Maintenance Man to keep our property safe and running well.

Job Details Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay:

Negotiable based on skills and experience

Location:

Franklin County, MO area What You Will Do (Including but limited to) Fix plumbing issues like leaks and clogged drains. Install hot water heaters & toilets. Handle basic electrical work like changing switches and lights. Do carpentry tasks like fixing doors, walls, and cabinets. Keep properties safe and in good shape for tenants. What You Must Have General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Your own basic tools. A valid driver's license and reliable transport. A strong work ethic, good problem-solving skills, people skills, and punctuality.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
