Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Multi-Site Maintenance Technician Pay Range:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hourPosition Type:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime) All hours worked must be accurately recorded. Overtime must be approved in accordance with company policy.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and participation in an on-call rotation. Position Summary The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting the daily operations of seven retail store locations and the corporate office. This role manages maintenance requests through the company's ticketing system, prioritizes facility needs, performs preventative and corrective maintenance, and helps ensure all locations are clean, safe, functional, and professionally maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and monitor maintenance requests through the company ticketing system. Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities based on established company guidelines and operational needs.
