Job Overview It's simple! We want reliable hard working tradesman to be a part of a growing team of remodel/service technicians. The more you can do, the more you will be paid. As you grow, and improve your skill set the pay increases will come. We need all of the following and more if you have any of these skills we should talk Plumbers Framers Electrical Flooring Drywall/paint Tile Decks Window install Door install We are a local small business, so we have the ability to stay flexible,and understanding of each other's lives. We ask for a minimum of 32 hrs a week,and even there we can be flexible we just need good people to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks across various trades .Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, supporting both residential and commercial spaces. -v Perform mechanical tasks such as welding, pipe fitting, and equipment servicing to ensure operational integrity Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks and system troubleshooting in manufacturing or facilities environments Carry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and HVAC support Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities and repairs Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions Supervise or assist with projects involving safety standards, quality control, and team coordination while ensuring compliance with industry regulations Operate testing tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and verify system integrity Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during maintenance visits Lead or support team members with supervising experience in multi-trade projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or multi-trade roles within manufacturing, residential, or commercial settings Strong electrical experience with knowledge of schematics, wiring, PLCs, and troubleshooting electrical systems Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs involving various tools and equipment Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management and record-keeping Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing small teams or projects effectively Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams fluently Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions Hands-on experience with plumbing, painting (including residential), HVAC support is advantageous Knowledge of safety procedures related to facilities maintenance including OSHA standards or equivalent Join us as a Multi Trade Technician to bring your broad skill set into a vibrant environment where your expertise keeps operations running smoothly.
