Job Description
Overview The Maintenance Technician position starts at $31.52 per hour. You will conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and provide preventive maintenance services. If you have, or as you learn electrical and PLC skills, you can increase your rate of pay as a Tech II or Tech III (senior-level). This is a team based position

Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills Required:
Achieve a passing score on the pre-employment assessment Previous manufacturing, industrial, or military experience. High School Diploma or equivalent, AA degree in mechanical, or industrial maintenance a plus 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Experience as an auto tech, from technical/trade school, construction, plumber/plumbing, factory, etc will transfer to this position (you likely have u sed basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.) Must be highly motivated and able to work independentlyPHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Able to see, hear and speak; able to sit, stand for at least two hours at a time, sit, bend, crawl, squat, kneel, and climb able to use both arms and hands to use a computer and peripherals and lift 40 pounds from floor level, able to work below ground level in confined spaces and on stationary or mobile elevated platforms, able to wear a respirator and other PPE as required, able to climb stairs.
