Pool Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of our clients' swimming pools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pool systems, equipment, and chemicals, along with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. No experience? We are willing to train good candidates.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and backwashing filters. Test and balance water chemistry using appropriate chemicals to maintain safe and optimal water conditions. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators. Ensure pool equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, chemical levels, and equipment repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on pool systems and equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance techniques. Ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
