What we are looking for:

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and welcoming. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be a valued part of a long-standing team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests from management.
• Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Utilize CMMS software for effective work order management.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• EPA or HVAC certifications and experience are a PLUS and required!

Skills:

• Proficient in supervising maintenance operations.
• Strong ability to maintain, repair, weld, and fabricate as needed.
• Competency in using Ohmmeter, interpreting schematics, and working with logic controllers.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a facilities maintenance setting.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Sound understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order tracking.
