We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and welcoming. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be a valued part of a long-standing team, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Respond efficiently to maintenance requests from management.
- Provide guidance and training to junior maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Utilize CMMS software for effective work order management.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- EPA or HVAC certifications and experience are a PLUS and required!
Skills:
- Proficient in supervising maintenance operations.
- Strong ability to maintain, repair, weld, and fabricate as needed.
- Competency in using Ohmmeter, interpreting schematics, and working with logic controllers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a facilities maintenance setting.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Sound understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order tracking.
