StaffRite USA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Techinician for a client in Byhalia, MS. The schedule for this positions is Fri/Sat/Sun 6am to 6:30pm. This position pays $22 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining conveyor systems, parts, belts, preventative maintenance, and servicing general warehouse equipment.

Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
• Fabricate and install parts as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff when necessary

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their concerns
• Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
• Proficiency in using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for record keeping This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and systems, as well as addressing any issues that may arise.
