We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who thrives in working independently to get the work done! You will perform necessary work assigned by the Property Manager to keep apartments, mechanical equipment, service request and make readies in good working condition.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Self-starter who has the ability to design, implement and execute in-house projects
• EPA certified
• Strong knowledge in plumbing, HVAC and appliances
• Extremely organized and detail orientated
• Commitment to Emergency-On-Call participation a requirement
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
