Seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Technician! Heritage Properties, Inc. is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Floating Maintenance Technician in the Jackson, MS area. We have properties in Jackson/Flowood/Brandon/Ridgeland and this position would be a floating position to help throughout the region.

What we need:

Substantial knowledge and experience in repairing plumbing, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliance repairs. Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships. Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks. Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and rotating on-call hours. Must be HVAC certified to apply & have a VALID Drivers License. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check. Maintenance exam will be required at interview.
