Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other building systems. Diagnose and repair issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances, HVAC components, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct troubleshooting using schematics, technical diagrams, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of equipment failures. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs. Perform the turning of vacant units for reoccupancy Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations. SKILLS Extensive experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair (including air conditioning certification), refrigeration maintenance, and kitchen equipment servicing. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain complex mechanical systems. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical and electrical systems. Skilled in appliance installation and servicing of HVAC & appliance technology. Knowledge of construction processes related to facility upgrades or renovations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license Leadership qualities with the ability to guide junior team members during repairs or installations.
