We're seeking skilled individuals to fill the following positions: Skilled and experienced Independent contractors, Handymen, General contractors, for Property Preservation(Lawn Care & Maintenance) and Maintenance services. We are a company based in Herndon, VA; We are working in multiple states with great reputation for a while including several states. We work with property preservation and residential maintenance National companies to safeguard the home and protect, and preserve the property to ensure it is in proper conveyance condition. Contractors are responsible to take pictures while working at the property, for instance, before, during and after photos of the work, and full property condition pictures.

Responsibilities:

Property preservation work may include but is not limited to: o Removing debris, trash, and personal items from the property o Performing lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal o Securing the property by changing locks, boarding up windows, changing doors. o Performing winterization to protect plumbing from cold weather or low temperature. o Repairing damages to the roof, walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, and heating system. o Performing inspections, and taking photos of the property condition o Completing work orders before the deadline. Requirements o Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation o Ability to use tools and equipment o Attention to detail and quality standards o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines o Valid
