Our client, an Industrial Metal Processing operation, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join their team in Jackson, MS. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the maintenance organization supporting production and mobile equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting ability, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep equipment running through preventive maintenance and fast, accurate repairs.

Day or Night Shift (Full-time; overtime available) What's the Job? Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and mobile equipment to support continuous operations. Handle emergency repairs and machine setup as issues arise on the floor. Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Use basic hand tools and follow established maintenance procedures to complete work accurately. What's Needed? Industrial maintenance experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and take corrective action. Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed for maintenance tasks. Must provide basic hand tools.
