  • Oversee and execute maintenance operations across all areas of the hotel, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and beautifully. Protect our promise
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain top-quality standards. Think ahead
  • Champion preventive maintenance and energy management programs to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Problem-solve with purpose
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing — keeping comfort and safety at the forefront. Collaborate across teams
  • Partner with department heads to ensure smooth operations and quick responses to any maintenance needs. Represent quality
  • Manage projects, renovations, and FF&E replacements to keep the property fresh, functional, and inviting. Ensure safety always
  • Follow all regulations, report hazards immediately, and maintain a culture of responsibility. Support operations
  • Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to create a seamless, world-class guest experience.
What You Bring 1-3 years of maintenance experience in hospitality or a service-driven environment Strong technical skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems Hotel or property management experience preferred HVAC certification or equivalent technical training is a plus Familiarity with building, fire, and safety codes A proactive mindset — you don't wait for problems, you prevent them Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Ability to multitask and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform hands-on maintenance tasks Why This Role Matters At Desai Hotel Group, every stay begins with comfort, safety, and reliability, and that starts with you.
