Job Description
Skilled Maintenance $480+ WEEKLY Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
Complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
Repair and maintain hotel rooms, common areas, fixtures, doors, locks, and equipment.
Perform basic drywall repair, painting, and touch-ups.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues reported by guests and hotel staff.
Assist with preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
Maintain exterior areas and assist with general property upkeep as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and help ensure guest rooms remain safe and operational.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance/work area.
Follow all hotel safety procedures and company policies.
Key RequirementsPrevious general maintenance, apartment maintenance, hotel maintenance, or handyman experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
Must be comfortable using hand and power tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
Must be dependable, professional, and able to work around hotel guests.
Ability to stand, bend, climb, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to work weekends or varying shifts when required.
