Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing and hvac systems across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct repairs on complex mechanical systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations as needed. Collaborate with team members to identify potential issues proactively and implement effective solutions promptly. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting purposes. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across diverse mechanical and electrical systems. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation. Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical team members or clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and ongoing training efforts are highly valued.
