The successful candidates will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of commercial properties to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure, such as lighting and tiles. Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all maintenance activities. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory of supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with tenants and vendors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
