Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repairs, installations, and servicing for commercial kitchen equipment and other appliances. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to diagnose complex system failures. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory of parts and tools. Assist with construction projects or upgrades involving mechanical systems or building infrastructure when required. Experience Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex equipment. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Knowledge of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices within commercial or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience operating construction tools or working in construction-related roles is a plus. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and safety compliance are highly valued.
