Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining our facility's mechanical systems, appliances, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical systems. Conduct appliance repair and installation for various office appliances and kitchen equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site repairs or parts procurement as needed. Assist with construction projects. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Requirements Ability to operate equipment repair tools and perform appliance installation with precision. Construction experience or familiarity with building maintenance is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly. Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures in a professional setting. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely. Excellent communication skills paired with a customer service-oriented approach. Leadership qualities are a plus for mentoring junior team members or leading small projects. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
