This role focuses on completing apartment turnovers and handling service requests efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform apartment turnover tasks including cleaning, painting, and general repairs Follow preventative maintenance schedules and guidelines Complete work orders promptly and professionally Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and power tools Maintain property grounds in a safe, clean, and presentable condition year-round Conduct annual unit inspections Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members Participate in MRD Apartments University training programs Qualifications At least 1 year of related experience or training Valid driver's license Ability to work evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must pass a criminal background check Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to embody MRD Apartments' core values daily We are an equal opportunity employer.
