Maintenance Technician - Mobile Home Park We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and general upkeep at our mobile home park.
Job Responsibilities:
Repair and maintenance of mobile homes Painting and drywall repairs Carpentry work Basic plumbing repairs Flooring repairs Lawn care, mowing, and weed spraying Tree trimming and general grounds maintenanceQualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of construction or maintenance experience Experience repairing mobile homes is preferred but not required Must have a valid driver's license Must pass a criminal background check Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Must have own toolsCompensation:
