Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Fence Installer/Laborer to join our dynamic Fencing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing fences and supporting various construction projects that enhance outdoor spaces and property security. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in carpentry, construction, and customer service while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will contribute to successful project completion and satisfied clients. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install fencing materials using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Support the setup of concrete forms and perform concrete finishing tasks for posts or foundation work as needed. Handle building materials with care, including transporting, organizing, and ensuring proper storage on-site. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering strictly to safety protocols to prevent injuries. Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris, securing tools, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members on fence construction projects, landscape maintenance, masonry work, or hardscape installations to meet project goals. Qualifications Previous experience in Fence installation minimum 1-2 years Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and masonry techniques is a plus. Strong outdoor work experience with the physical ability for heavy lifting and manual labor tasks. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites, power tool operation, welding, concrete forming, and landscape maintenance. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with clients or team members. Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
