In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, kitchen appliances, and other facility machinery. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Conduct repairs on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems to ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in maintenance management systems. Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in mechanical systems and implement effective solutions promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to diagnose issues accurately. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance installation and equipment maintenance. Familiarity with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Construction experience or familiarity with building mechanical systems is a plus. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
