Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential or commercial properties Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner Maintain accurate records of repairs and service calls Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate Communicate clearly and effectively with tenants and team members Prioritize tasks and manage multiple ongoing projects

Requirements:

Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field is required Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with clean verifiable record
