What You'll Do:

As a Maintenance Tech, you will be the face of the company on job sites, diagnosing issues and keeping our customers' septic systems running smoothly.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:

Inspecting septic systems to identify pump failures, electrical issues, or blockages.

System Maintenance:

Changing out filters, servicing pumps, and performing routine system checks.

Line Jetting:

Operating high-pressure hydro-jetting equipment to clear line blockages and frozen pipes.

Customer Service:

Explaining issues clearly to homeowners and representing Surefire with a professional attitude and appearance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience in septic maintenance, plumbing, or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting is highly preferred, but we will train the right person.

Skills:

Comfort working with tools, pumps, and high-pressure jetting equipment.

Attributes:

A strong sense of punctuality, a clean and professional presentation, and a team-player attitude.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job in various weather conditions. Why Work with Surefire?
