Job Description

Overview We are a licensed recreational and medical cannabis company with a growing production facility in the Gallatin Gateway area. We are seeking a reliable, hard‑working individual to assist ongoing facility upgrades, support preventive maintenance schedules, cleaning, and upkeep on equipment. This position offers a unique opportunity to view all aspects of the production of our facilities, and work with the teams to improve efficiency while maintaining or improving standards.

Responsibilities Assist with facility upgrades, improvements, and equipment installations Perform routine and preventive maintenance and cleaning on equipment, HVAC systems, watering systems, electrical systems, etc. Support post‑harvest operations including trimming and processing Package flower, concentrates, and edibles Maintain strict hygiene standards to protect plants from contaminants Communicate clearly and follow instructions accurately Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues Utilize software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and schedule future tasks. Support compliance with safety regulations and state requirements Collaborate with team members to analyze system failures and develop effective solutions that minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and consistent attendance Good hygiene and attention to cleanliness Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Valid Driver's License Must be able to lift 50lb or more regularly Must be able to work with hands on small and precise tasks Must be able to work on your feet all day Must be able to get to work on time regularly Preferred but not required: Experience with construction, basic repairs, or installing equipment 1 year of maintenance experience Experience within the cannabis industry Knowledge of basic repairs, tools, and time management Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, welding, schematics reading, small engines, and precision measurement instruments. Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently. Strong communication skills in English to document work accurately and collaborate effectively with team members.
Job Type:
Full time (40 hours per week)
Pay:
