Job Description

Property Maintenance Technician Stay Glacier | Flathead Valley, MT Join Our Team Stay Glacier is looking for a dependable, hardworking Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain our portfolio of short-term rentals and commercial properties throughout the Flathead Valley. This is a full-time W-2 position working four 10-hour days per week, giving you a three-day weekend every week. If you're resourceful, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping properties in top condition, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule Full-Time, W-2 4 days/week | 10-hour shifts Occasional flexibility may be required for urgent maintenance needs. Compensation & Benefits $22-$24/hour DOE Full benefits after 60 days, including: Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off Company-supported benefits package Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs at short-term rental homes and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Complete plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks. Perform preventative maintenance inspections. Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed. Prepare properties between guests when maintenance issues arise. Maintain clean, organized work areas and company equipment. Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep. Respond to maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner. Keep accurate records of completed work and needed repairs. Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or property management experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Resourceful and capable of finding practical solutions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day.
