Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Technician (Part Time) 20 hours a week The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance, repair, safety, and upkeep of Youth Homes' therapeutic group homes, offices, and other organizational properties. The position provides preventive and routine maintenance to ensure facilities are safe, functional, well-maintained, and in compliance with applicable organizational, licensing, and safety requirements. The position is also responsible for grounds maintenance, snow removal, basic vehicle and equipment maintenance, and coordination with outside contractors and service providers.
