Our craftsmen are responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform repairs and projects in carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general handyman trades Communicate with customers regarding job progress and any changes to scope, labor, or materials Proactively identify additional repair opportunities and communicate them to customers Accurately track job details using company-provided software Provide regular job status updates to the Office Manager Represent and strengthen the Ace Handyman Services brand through quality craftsmanship and professionalism Qualifications & Skills Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills Professional verbal and written communication abilities Proven experience as a craftsman or professional handyman preferred Own tools necessary for carpentry, tiling, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Reliable transportation capable of hauling ladders and materials Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record Professional appearance and strong work ethic Independent thinker who takes pride in exceeding customer expectations Physical Demands Ability to lift, carry, pull, or move up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders and stairs while following safety protocols Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods Maintain safe and clean work environments Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Moderate noise levels when operating power tools and equipment If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy helping customers solve problems, we'd love to hear from you.
