MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
for an elderly apartment community in the Albemarle , NC area. This will be a full -time position ( 40 hr/wk). Qualified candidate must have their own tools, valid driver's license and vehicle. Painting, plumbing and electrical skills required. Must be motivated, organized and results oriented. Must pass criminal check and drug screening.Our company offers competitive salary and benefits.
