Full Job Description Job Summary:
Pool Service & Maintenance Technician We are a growing pool company looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in several areas of the swimming pool industry, including pool cleaning, maintenance, repairs, equipment service, and pool construction.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine swimming pool cleanings and maintenance Test and balance pool water chemistry Maintain swimming pool equipment and systems Diagnose and assist with pool equipment issues Perform pool repairs and general service work Assist with installation, replacement, and maintenance of pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, and other pool equipment Assist with swimming pool builds and construction projects Keep job sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers regarding pool maintenance and service needs Follow company safety procedures and maintain a high standard of workmanship
Qualifications:
Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying equipment and materials Good problem-solving and mechanical skills are a plus Previous pool industry, construction, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our company. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, shows up ready to work, and is interested in developing skills across all areas of the swimming pool industry.
Position:
Full-TimeSchedule:
Monday-Friday, with occasional additional hours as needed
Experience:
Pool experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
Pay:
$17.00 - $28.57 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
