We're looking for a Line Striping Technician (Pavement and Paint Maintenance Technician / PMT) to join our Asheville crew and help us keep properties across the region safe, functional, and looking their best. What You'll Do As a Line Striping Technician, you'll work with specialized equipment on a wide range of projects, including: Parking lot line striping and layout Crack filling and sealcoating Asphalt and concrete repairs Bollard and post installations Power washing and surface preparation Supporting diverse commercial and residential projects across the region You'll help plan and execute quality projects, maintain a clean and safe job site, and communicate progress with the Operations Manager on a daily basis. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Are self-motivated, resourceful, and enjoy problem-solving Take pride in being punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Can work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision Are comfortable in a physically demanding role (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs) Have sealcoating or paving experience (a plus, but not required)What We Offer Pay:
