If you have a strong background in industrial equipment maintenance , enjoy troubleshooting, and thrive in a fast paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC controlled equipment Maintain and repair CNC machines, presses, compressors, assembly equipment, and finishing equipment Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability Complete basic facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting Perform light MIG or TIG welding and fabrication as needed Work with outside vendors to coordinate repairs and replacement parts Maintain spare parts inventory to support production Follow OSHA safety standards and Lockout Tagout procedures Work closely with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues What We're Looking For 5 or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, shafts, hydraulics, and pneumatics Experience troubleshooting 480 Volt 3 Phase electrical systems Ability to read electrical schematics Experience working with PLC controlled equipment MIG or TIG welding experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Basic Microsoft Office knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Why Join Us Competitive Pay Immediate Opening Stable Full Time Position Consistent Overtime Supportive Team Environment Opportunity to work on a wide variety of industrial manufacturing equipment Apply today to be considered for an immediate interview.
