ConMet - Canton, NC location is looking to fill a Maintenance Mechanic position to perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of injection molding/assembly mechanical equipment and systems. This is a 12 Hour Night shift Position.

What You Will Do:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of injection molding/assembly mechanical equipment and systems
• Fabricate and install mechanical components
• Perform required preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with other team members
• Observe and comply with all company rules and regulations including the

NFPA 70E

Arc Flash PPE and procedures What You Need to be

Successful:

• College and/or trade school highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of related industrial maintenance mechanic experience required
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints required
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for repairs and installations
• Familiarity with high-voltage and low-voltage systems
• Experience in field service, hydraulics systems or industrial electrician roles is a plus
• Working knowledge of PLC programming and operation is a plus
• Good working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Willingness to learn how to safely utilize a forklift and a high-lift Compensation & Benefits
