In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and repairing residential and commercial pools, ensuring optimal water quality and equipment functionality. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize mechanical skills, and make a tangible difference in our clients' aquatic experiences. Duties Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and water chemistry balancing to ensure crystal-clear water. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and plumbing systems to identify issues and execute repairs or replacements as needed. Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately, maintaining proper chemical levels for healthy water conditions. Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, chemical treatments applied, and equipment status updates. Operate company vehicles responsibly to travel between client sites efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed, provide maintenance tips, and address any questions or concerns. Qualifications Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool equipment issues confidently. Familiarity with pool plumbing systems and water treatment chemical handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to operate hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, as well as power tools required for repairs. Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions is desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles safely. Knowledge of pool chemistry balancing techniques and equipment repair processes is a plus.
