Responsibilities include pool maintenance, vacant maintenance, service requests in apartment homes such as heating & air, plumbing, electrical, assisting with routine preventive maintenance, blowing stairwells, picking up trash from grounds, customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. Reliable personal transportation in the form of a truck or maintenance vehicle and valid driver's license required. CPO and CFC Certification.
