Maintenance Technician Location:

Starting at $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, including some weekends as needed Lake Hickory RV Resort is looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain our RV resort and keep the property looking its best.

Responsibilities:

Complete general maintenance and repairs throughout the resort Maintain the grounds, common areas, and facilities Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment repairs Assist with landscaping, mowing, cleanup, and seasonal projects Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Help ensure the property is clean, safe, and well maintained Work professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or construction experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to lift at least 50 pounds Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be available for occasional weekend or emergency work We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices what needs to be done, and follows through.
