Fence Installer Apprentice Albemarle Fence & Rail Co. - Elizabeth City, NC $12.00-$15.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime Opportunities Available

Albemarle Fence & Rail Co. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Fence Installer Apprentice to join our team! No fencing experience? No problem! We will provide hands-on training and teach you the skills you need to build a career in the fencing industry. What You'll Do Assist with fence installation and job site setup/cleanup Carry, position, and organize materials and tools Use hand and power tools Learn to install chain-link, vinyl, wood, aluminum, and specialty fencing Learn to safely operate equipment such as a Bobcat and forklift Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Work alongside experienced installers and learn the trade What We're Looking For Construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Valid driver's license Able to lift and carry heavy materials Comfortable working outdoors Good communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team What We Offer Paid hands-on training Full-time, steady, year-round work Overtime opportunities Tools and equipment provided Opportunities for advancement Pay increases based on skills and performance Supportive team environment

PTO:
