Hendersonville Health & Rehabilitation is currently seeking Driver & Maintenance Technician. The Driver & Maintenance Technician will assume responsibility for and accountability of carrying out the maintenance tasks for the facility.

Assist the housekeeping team with floor care duties such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning. Occasional weekend hours may be required to support new admissions. These instances are intermittent and typically brief. Tasks may include patching, painting, minor facility repairs, floor cleaning; assisting residents in and out of vans, vehicles, wheelchairs and/or movable beds; ensure all residents experience a safe and comfortable transportation process; participate in onboarding and ongoing training to stay current with safety and compliance practices.

Job Requirements:

Current valid driver's license with no serious infractions. Must pass drug screen and criminal background check. Experience in customer service, transportation and healthcare are preferred.
