Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician's role is to support operations and provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facility assets. This role also is counted on to provide support and operator training as requested by production leadership.
This role includes:
Troubleshooting and repairs to production equipment Preforming scheduled maintenance PM tasks Communicating across shifts and departments to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Maintaining a reputation as the technical expert and key person to achieving daily production goals on your shift. Maintain meticulous documentation and records around tasks and equipment histories. Urgently respond to equipment downtime escalations. Document findings and corrective actions taken. Provide feedback on finding to shift leadership. Monitor and maintain maintenance shop and tool organization. Have a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways that we can do better. Promote a "hive" mentality throughout the facility where we are all accountable to each other in the pursuit of established goals and metrics.
