Assist with routine maintenance and repairs. Complete minor repairs including painting, drywall patching, caulking, replacing fixtures, changing locks, and basic carpentry. Perform preventive maintenance on residential, commercial, and Airbnb properties. Assist with landscaping, pressure washing, debris removal, and exterior property upkeep. Move furniture, appliances, and supplies as needed. Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and inventory. Respond to maintenance requests as assigned sometimes afterhours and on weekends. Janitorial & Unit Turnovers Clean residential, commercial, and Airbnb units after move-outs or guest departures. Prepare units for new tenants or guests by ensuring they are clean, stocked, and move-in ready. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, appliances, and common areas. Remove trash and dispose of debris properly. Restock Airbnb supplies and report any damaged or missing items. Ensure all units meet company cleanliness and presentation standards. General Responsibilities Work independently or as part of a team. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily property operations. Qualifications Previous maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, or construction experience preferred. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently. Strong attention to detail and dependability. Must be willing to work in residential, commercial, and short-term rental environments. Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Self-motivated with minimal supervision. Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed. Ability to provide excellent service while representing the company professionally. Must have valid drivers' licence and ability to travel between job sites.
