This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our communities through regular maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs of apartment buildings. Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Conduct various repairs related to unit make-readys. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using property management software. Oversee vendors to ensure quality standards are met. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and team members. Requirements Proven experience in the maintenance of apartment communities. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills required - daily use of email and property management software.
