Prior experience in multifamily maintenance required and HVAC experience is a plus. Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Schedule:

Should be able to repair and maintain the property through assigned work orders and preventative maintenance. Maintenance employees are required to keep accurate records of completed work orders, this includes being responsible for noting all time and materials utilized during completion of work. When needed must be able to coordinate with vendors and contractors in a scheduling manner that allows for the most efficient completion time. Required to participate in on-call schedule for emergencies. Should have the necessary knowledge to handle, diagnose and repair any plumbing, electrical or general maintenance request in vacant and occupied living units.QUALIFICATIONS
Organized and detail oriented | Strong punch-out/make ready experience | Electrical and plumbing skills with troubleshooting ability | Strong customer service skills | Positive, team-oriented attitude | Prior experience in multi-family housing | On-call availability required, including weekends | Above average communication skills | Positive, "can do" attitude | Pay based on experience and certifications.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
