PCSI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of our facility and production equipment. This is a hands-on position involving diagnosis, repair, installation, preventive maintenance, and coordination with outside contractors as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following procedures, rules, and regulations. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment using observation, testing instruments, and measuring tools. Repair and replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes. Adjust equipment components and control instruments using appropriate measuring and electronic tools. Support preventive maintenance activities and help minimize production downtime. Monitor equipment, parts, and supply inventory and communicate upcoming needs. Document and communicate maintenance actions, irregularities, and recurring equipment needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license required. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Hands-on plumbing and industrial electrical experience preferred. Three to five years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment such as motors, conveyors, pumps, gas burners, and PLCs preferred. Electrical experience from 12V DC up to 3-phase 480V AC preferred. PLC troubleshooting and welding experience preferred.
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment that is not temperature controlled. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay:
$45,760.00 - $71,664.98 per year
