Compensation & Benefits Starting pay up to $46.75/hour 7.5% shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts Relocation assistance available Pension retirement program 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation and time off Life insurance Tuition assistance Quarterly attendance bonus Employee wellness program Stable career with long-term growth opportunities What You'll Do As a Senior Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving a wide variety of industrial equipment to ensure maximum production uptime.
Responsibilities include:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, servo drives, and automated control systems Diagnose and repair CNC machining centers, CNC punches, brake presses, progressive stamping presses, and other automated manufacturing equipment Maintain industrial utility systems, including air compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, and electrical distribution systems Install and troubleshoot AC/DC motors, drives, and motor controls Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability Utilize root cause failure analysis to identify and eliminate recurring equipment issues Operate cranes, lifts, welding equipment, hydraulic presses, power tools, and other industrial maintenance equipment Use electrical meters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic instruments to troubleshoot complex systems Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and equipment performance Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess: High school diploma or GED Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and support manufacturing operations as needed One of the following: o Journeyman certification in an industrial maintenance trade, or o Completion of a four-year apprenticeship (8,000 hours), or o Eight years of documented industrial maintenance experience Strong experience with industrial electrical and mechanical systems Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled automated manufacturing equipment Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo systems Preventive maintenance and root cause analysis experience Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings Experience using diagnostic equipment and industrial maintenance tools Preferred Qualifications Technical school or college coursework in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field Experience supporting high-volume automated manufacturing operations Robotics troubleshooting experience CNC equipment maintenance experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement Why Join Our Team?
