Job Description
The Mayroad Company, a leader in financial advisory and asset management, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational integrity of our physical assets and facilities, which support our mission to deliver innovative financial solutions. While our core business focuses on financial services, the integrity of our physical environment is essential to our success and security, particularly given the sensitive nature of the data and systems we manage. Responsibilities Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure functionality and efficiency. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to detect malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts as needed. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and troubleshoot issues to avoid downtime. Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by company safety regulations at all times. Participate in the ongoing improvement and standardization of maintenance procedures and protocols. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialist repairs are necessary. Document and record maintenance and repair work for compliance and reporting purposes. Required Skills Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks, including electrical voltmeters, welding, and machining equipment. Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
