Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our property management company as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will address common maintenance issues, be responsible for apartment turnovers, perform repairs, and manage lawn care. You must be able to handle a variety of property maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, drywall work, electrical repairs, plumbing, heating, and more. Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in property maintenance, along with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to respond to emergencies as they arise. Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine and scheduled maintenance throughout the property. Conduct repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replace damaged systems. Diagnose and resolve issues with building heating, electrical, and water systems. Collaborate effectively with teammates. Be on-call to address emergency maintenance issues. Requirements and Qualifications Experience in property maintenance. Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday.
